intermittent engine power

406 hdi 110 bhp, when changing up 1st to 2nd you a lack of power depress clutch rev engine engage clutch power returns, have changed throttle position sensor and egr valve still not working correctly. please help any ideas what to do next?

More strangeness. So, this lack of power only happens in 2nd and no other gear? Any faults registered?

had a read through the coments and advice about lack of power on the forum then went round to the inlaws who has got a 406 and knicked his mass air flow off his car ( he is in france for a few more weeks) the car seens ok now going like a rocket and no more flat spot
running it for a week or so then if it is ok will get a new one, thanks to everyone for all the help and advice
