DW10TD Oil Leak

I have an oil leak on the engine of my 406 HDI 90, DW10TD engine (what's new :) ). It is coming from the joint where the oil return pipe from the turbo enters the block.

There is a rubber hose attached to an alloy spigot that is pressed into the block, just above the sump. I thought it was the joint between the hose & the spigot so fitted a strong hose clip, tightened it well but it still leaked.

I took the hose off today and discovered that the spigot is slightly loose in the block! I can turn the spigot round with grips but it wont come out. If I can get it out I can refit it with jb weld or similiar.

Has anyone seen this before? Any idea how I can remove or seal the spigot? I could try & seal around it but there is virtually no room between the back of the spigot & the block plus access is limited with the engine in place.

Cheers, T

That's not very good :frown: I had a look on Service Box but I can't find that bit available separately (presumably they'd like you to buy a new block). Nothing in the repair manual either (plus de change). I also had a google but the only thing I found that looked promising was a .pdf on the C4 owner's club "C4 Oil leaks trace and repair DW10 Engine", sign in to download (another day, another registration  ), and finally it's only available to "premium members", i.e. pay us or f#ck off

I'm not sure what to suggest, any chance of a pic?
