12v Ignition Live Feed

Post by ally406 »

I'm looking for a 12v ignition live feed somewhere under the bonnet of my 1.9TD, but I'm not really sure where to look. What's the best way to splice into it? I have these blue block connector thingies that I hooked up my towbar with, would those suffice? I've not fiddled with electrics much

Why not just take a fused 12v supply direct from the battery.

I went from the engine bay fusebox when I did the heated seats in mine. There is a metal stud in there that's 12V live and easy to put a spade connector onto.
