Euro car parts can be cheap but only for certain thing's.
its not bad for service items, plugs /filters brake pads etc,
euro car parts was bought out a short while back,
The original owner an indian Chap Mr Singh sold it,

One of the comments on that Telegraph link...
" .... suggest you study ECP's business ethics before recommending that peerage.
Pay particular attention to the takeover of Lucas Service UK and the way their 600 loyal staff were sacked 4 days later - by post-it note on the locked front door. "Ceased Trading - ring this number." So much for the effusive PR promises of job security and growth...
Once ECP had gutted Lucas of their valuable supply contracts and new £4M paperless invoicing system; the staff, many with decades of service, were dumped like rubbish - with nothing.
ECP were just about to implode; cheap fake parts may boost turnover initially, but they soon lead to expensive claims, legions of dissatisfied ex-customers and falling profits...... "
In my experience there are plenty of rubbish parts around. I've bought a fair number of parts from Euro Car Parts over quite a lot of years, without problem.
However, large motor factor chains..ECP , GSF etc must have had a hard job having to compete with the likes of eBay. Hence the temptation to go down
the cheap cr*p route.
