Anybody solved this?
Just replaced vertical stabilisator (plastic one), but no difference made still can hear this noise, it travels to the top of the rear shock so I tought the rubber seats are gone, changed but no use. What is left to replace is horizontal stabilisator and bushes but lets hear from you ..

I think we've all got some knocking over bumps at the rear, mine does it a bit, more when cold when the rubbers are solid.
I think it could be the trailing arm bushes, I've just had an MOT and nothing was said about the rear so I have never looked into it much.
One thing to check is a broken spring. Right at the bottom of the spring a little piece can snap off.

Thanks, seems to me everything is OK from under and on the road, only on rough surface you can hear it. How possible is need for new shocks after 80000miles

On our old 306, we had a thudding noise when going over bumps. It lasted for ages, until it was starting to get to the point where it needed to be done. It turned out to be the rear axel bushes.

Knocking probably isn't the shocks, more likely a bush. rear shock on mine lasted about 135K before one side went soft.
