I've fitted Ford alloys.... Doh!

As the title suggests, I went and bought ford alloys for the pug thinking they would fit! oops
.
However I've made them fit, i've had to use 20mm spacers though
.
I did a small test drive earlier and they appear to be alright, theres no knocks or bangs, no rattle that you can sometimes get, so it looks to be alllll good
But.... the car does feel as though its possibly wobbling a tiny bit and the handling seems strange + they rub occaisionally on full turn, but theres no rattling noises or anything
And ive had them up to 60mph now
Anyone any advise?? Am I just being paranoid?
I know there tight enought because I snapped my wrench nut in them earlier!
