Intercooler on the 406 hdi 90

Hi Guys,

I would like to remap my peugeot 406 hdi 90.They said you dont have to change anything.

Was thinking of putting an intercooler from the 110hdi.

Would it fit and is there anyone would did this process?

Unless you want more than 125bhp there is no need for an intercooler. Try looking on here, its where I'm going for my picasso to be remapped:

the 110 intercoolers are crap you can get sum thing better from ebay

i was looking at one from a fiat multipla

thay all need bits cutting out to fit them so get a good one and do it right the first time, the elbow on the intake manifold will need changing to the 110 one
