its a 110 td 2000. everything works as normal but it dont start. pulled outlet pipe off intank punp, turned ignition on fuel pours out. removed outlet pipe from HDI pump dont seem like 2000 psi same flow as intank pump

that was rather silly, as that could have killed you, sounds like high pressure pump failure,
what mileage is the car at?
a high pressure pump is arround £500 you will also have to replace the pump to rail pipe

the pump has been replaced, after a RAC man came out and informed me it didnt have enough pressure to open the injectors. so a secondhand one was fitted, dont laugh ! the milage is 348.567 fully maintained/serviced

right we have ruled out:
cambelt
both fuel pumps
rail sensor

you may have another break in the wiring

this is a strange problem, if it was a wiring fault at the lift pump, then the pump would not run, but it does, if it was a rail sensor wiring fault then it would start if you disconnected it, and if it was a wiring fault to any other sensor then that would log a fault
it may also be a dodgy ecu but this i have never come across
