I figured this would be a good place to ask so here goes, I'm thinking about a remap from HDItuning, I know they have a good name on here.
What I'd like to know is can the same map be used for both my wife's 406 HDI 90 (99) and my daughters 306 HDI 90 (01) ?
It would be handy if I could do this as I'm thinking about selling my C250 and getting another 406, so if I could do all three cars with the one map it would be great.

Do you have access to Galletto? might be worth checking the ecu numbers but i have no idea if the 306 would even be Edc15 for a start... You need to read the hw and sw numbers if i remember right.

I suspect you have next to no chance of 'porting' an ecu file from one model of car to another. To have any chance of working, they have to have identical external hardware, (sensors / actuators, clocks, BSI, the list goes on.....).
