Diagnostic software

Hi
New here and just bought my 406 Hdi with a lumpy idle, more so when cold, sounds like it's missing on one cylinder.
Have renewed glow plugs, fuel filter, air filter and dual fuel pump relay but made no difference.
Have no dash warning lights and car drives OK once warm with no flat spots and smooth drive and also quite good economy (about 50 ish according to the computer).
I'd like to get hold of some diagnostic software to check the car over if anyone could point me in the right direction?
Thanks

Thanks for the quick replies, I'm in South West Wales, Pembs to be exact.
Probably will run a decent fuel system cleaner through and see what happens, but if anyone is close to run a check that would be great. :)
