Is a linkage for something or other related to throttle / vacuum and it would appear the plastic shoe has gone missing on mine so i need to order a new one. Trouble is i have no idea what it is called to start looking for one!

That's the control arm for the swirl flaps. The rod goes to an actuator which moves the arm forwards for flaps open, and back for flaps closed.

Last one I bought, (from Pug), was £23 or so. They don't last indefinitely - usually the diaphragm splits, but sometimes the linkage snaps.
FYI, Over on the coupe forum, they're discussing doing away with these too at the moment.
(I'm perched comfortably on the fence awaiting concensus, as per usual).

Those in the coupe forum wont have anything left apart from a fuel pump and some pistons soon.
