Water drain tube. If you follow it to the fuel filter housing you will see a little screw cap. You undo this to drain it

Yes, normally this tube just hangs out the bottom of the engine bay - out of sight out of mind....

Oh thank you. I was looking everywhere for a potential plug in point and sat there sucking on it to check for engine changes like a plum.
