Building a hybrid turbo (For 2.0 turbo) ?

Hello.

Normally i can be found on 205drivers and 106owners, but my latest project brought me over here on 406oc :cheesy:
Im currently rebuilding a XU10 RGX, 2.0 turbo from a 406, to go into my 205 GTi. With programmable ecu, 440 injectors, IC ect...

Aiming for around 250 bhp, and to do that, i need one of those you call "Hybrid turbo" where i use the original turbo, with a different "cold-air" wheel on.
Did my research, but couldn't find the whole answer for my question.

The original turbo, is a T25/T28 aka. GT25/GT28 core right? Does that mean, i can fit any trim, which original matches this turbo core?
I found, that most of you refer to the Nissan sx200 / silvia turbo, like this:

Buuut... This "cold-air" side, does not fit the original boost pipes and ect.
So, is there any reason, that this cold-air side, does not fit? Its a GT28, trim 60. also

Does this fit?
Does any GT25/GT28 parts, fitt the original 2.0 turbo core?
Actually, i could use the new core, and replace the old one? (In fact, just changing to the original exhaust side, and put the turbo on the picture on the engine)

Thanks for reading/answering =)
BTW. Hope its understandable, Anton, Denmark

The 205 had a purely mechanical injection, the Hdi is electronic so you would need the ECU reprogrammed before you got any improvement as the max fuel delivery is controlled by it. You can improve the performance just by having it re mapped. I don't think the engine would last long with the sort of power you are talking about.
