Ok, have you checked the air filter, hoses, etc? When you say chocking what exactly is it doing? are the revs going higher and lower randomly? Also do you know if your exhaust manifold and pipes are intact?

Yeah i checked the air filter thats fine mate but how do i check the exhaust manifold and pipes? I have heard it might of been the spark plugs they might be wet so i need to wait till they try? And yeah it starts very badley as well so it might be the spark plugs also my rev goes on 15k and when i accelurate it will not go more they 3k and then the chocking and rough ride starts? But theres no smoke accept the clutch smoke but i know that has to be cause am putting my foot down to make it go ahhhhhhhhhhh.

Oo-er chap, if water and smoke is coming out of the eggsauce then it sounds like it could be the head gasket. You see, if you went through a deep puddle and sucked in a decent amount of water, it would lock up the engine (hydrolock) and it would be totalled. If you just sucked in a bit of water it would burn it off on the rapid and it may missfire a bit but you would hardly notice.
Get a garage to put their 'sniffer' into your coolant header tank, this will detect Hydrocarbons in the water indicating Head Gasket Failure.

Hi Chap,
Weltons right here, its typical behavior of the head gasket failure it sounds dog rough until its warmed up and burnt the water out of the cylinders... all it does then is continue to burn the water as soon as it enter's the cylinders.. it doesnt matter if theres no smoke / steam because there wont be. The fact it the water fills in the cylinders when you turn the engine off... because of pressure in the system.
Best bet is to take it out for a run, get it upto operating temp and then leave it to cool down, remove your spark plugs and with some kitchen roll poke it into the spark plug hole and see if there is any water soaked up when you remove it. Typical signs are a solid / pressurised water hose from the top of the radiator into the engine. You should be able to squash this with your hand when the engine is running... if you cannot there is a problem somewhere with your cooling system or gaskets !
