308 1.6Hdi 'low fuel pressure fault'

Hi chaps, please can I ask for some advice?
I did a diagnostic for a fella recently because every now and then his car would nearly stall when pulling away in first gear, and an EML would come on with the following fault codes.
P1351
P0087
Since this problem started, the fuel filter has been replaced and the injector pipes were tightened up. I tried to get to see the injector condition but this information wasn't available on PP2000, only a measured injector flow that seems to cover all the injectors, not individually like the 406.
Sadly I couldn't help him, which grates me a bit, so I'm asking for some advice on here so I ( we? ) can try to resolve it for him.
