I've put a copy of this post in the KB, at Username Removed's suggestion, (which is locked). I'll leave this one open as the OP's issue is ongoing.

Carry on.....

Are you after the non air dozer inlet elbow? It's too small to see it in Doggy's diagram but it's part no. 0382 CT (ooh, there's 2, the NFP one is 0382 L9, well f*ck, it's just a tube )

For what it's worth you can just cut the doser valve off with a hack saw .
Remove the butterfly valve from inside the housing .
You need to cut through the spindle / valve (only plastic) to remove it & being carefull to make sure you remove the bushing that the spindle for the butterfly valve run's in before you put the pipe back on (so in dosn't get injested by the engine).
The hole that is left in the pipe from the doser valve can be pluged (like I did with a bung, I have a lathe :cheesy: ) or you could block it up with alraldite or something
simlar, then all you need to do is bung up the vac pipe from it with a M6 bolt & blank off the EGR with a plate or simlar :) .

Just so you know you have low cost options that work if, A you can't be bothered to look or , B you can't find a 2003 on inlet pipe 8)
Hope this is of some help DDD.

No,

I don't know if they had intercoolers but they might use something similar, however I can't imagine PSA making 2 parts when one will do.
