Anti pollution fault

Hi everybody
I sometimes get the message ANTIPOLLUTION FAULT, after scaaning the ECU, it read short circuit in injector No. 4, and the mechanic did not find anything wrong with it
any suggestions?

what year is your car and what engine have you got?

it's 2002, petrol 2.0 RFN

you could have a number of problems, if the fault only occured once and hasnt happend since i would bet the injector just got stuck, if this is the case just run some injector cleaner though it and leave it at that,
when the problem was occuring did the car run rough?
if so the injector maybe stuck open or shut
it could also be a dodgy cam angle sensor or tdc sensor, or a break in the wiring somewhere

I found it, it was the green line (Chasis) on injector 4, upon being heated by the engine it disconnects.
Now i'll try to find where the cut is and fix it.
