My cars been cutting out and restarting when the car is in neutral rolling or clutch pressed when coming to a slow/stop etc.
Is this a common problem? I googled it and it mentioned about leaking air hoses or something and my car is making a whistle from the turbo which it didn't used to do as if some air is leaking, anyone know how I can fix this stalling?

Sounds like idle control valve from what I've read but I can't seem to find it? I've got an Sri turbo 1997 and can only see Bosch item on the right side of the throttle body but it's square and doesn't look like an idle control valve from the pics I've seen
