Anyone in Norfolk with PP2000?

Struggling with check engine light/limp mode (revs to 2750rpm only) on my 99 110 hdi.
Dunno where to start - cleaned maf sensor, checked vacuum pipes best I can.
If anyone local to me has PP2000 I'd be eternally grateful if I could have a little go on it
