Hi guys,
My ALternator as decided to throw the clutch pully! I am trying to find a 2nd hand alt but cant find one. I have a BOSCH R14-H4 on my one, and I cannot find one less than £100 odd pounds. Will another type fit or just this one? I was advised there are 3 types for my car!
Cheers
Stu

I think I have an Hdi90 alternator in the shed - I'll have a look and see if there are any numbers on it.

Re: Alternator issue
Cheers guys, I got the pully after much hassel (5 types for that) and had to take to a garage to get to fit as they need a special tool. They tried to tell me need to replace the alternator, as this shaft was bent, lucky some random person said not bent, just needs threads cleaning up. So now just need to refit and put the new belt on, then sort the seized rear brakes.
