MOT - Emissions Test

A while back I posted that for the last MOT, the garage said they'd used Forte diesel conditioner to get my car
through the emissions test. They didn't give me an emissions test results sheet
with the MOT, and I wondered if they had done this to earn a few quid from the Forte.

Anyway, end of February this year's MOT was due.

So....

From about a month before, I mostly used BP Ultimate Diesel.
I changed the oil, filter, air filter, blew through the MAF with MAF cleaner,
and blew through the EGR with EGR cleaner.

The week before the MOT, I added a bottle of Forte conditioner.

And on the morning of the MOT, I did a fast xxmph 10 mile run down the M5,
turned round and did the same return journey, then into the garage 5 miles
off the motorway.

The car went straight though. Pic 1 shows the results.
It's the full emissions test.

Pic 2 shows the results for the last test but one, February 2014.
The car went through on a Fast Pass, minimal emissions. For that test,
all I really did beforehand was add some Cataclean additive some days before,
and gave the car a brisk run up and down the motorway, then into the garage,

Question I'm asking...

After all I did this year, I wondered why I'm looking at emissions not too far under the 3.0 l/m limit.

No fault codes registered.

I never do any prep for the emissions test and have never had an issue.
My motoring is nearly all main road stuff, which might help but even my bro's car, (which mostly pootles round town), never has a problem.
