Apologies for amateur oil leak question

Hi, I'm hoping for a steer in the right direction with my 406 2.1td with 190k.
I havent owned it long but it has a noticeable oil leak which i traced back up to the head - i cleaned it up and could see it seeping out.

The car seems to run ok and the oil and water doesnt seem milky.

Does anyone know if there could be anything more serious than head gasket to worry about?

Is it coming out between the head and the block or from under the rocker cover?
