Clutch control switch

Post by barbaren »

Can somebody tell me how it works. Cruise control works perfectly. Disengages when pedal is pressed. However PP2000 tells me my clutch control switch is faulty.
The car will start without touching clutch pedal.
I took it out tested it, no reading when pedal is pressed. Only reading when pedal is not touched.

It's possible your clutch switch is set to 'present' on PP2000 - try changing it to 'absent' and see if the fault goes..
Cruise should still work, but if it doesn't then put it back to 'present'....

I cant find the feature where it can be set to present/absent. Dont think it is possible on my car. (2004 2.0 Hdi)
