Cabin / Pollen Filter - Anyone know where it is? (HDI)

Post by Moos3h »

As the subject really - my car smells quite a bit with the heaters on, so I'm thinking this probably needs doing.

The pollen filter is a piece of piss.

Remove (carefully) the black plastic rain sheild on the passenger side at the bottom of windscreen/bulkhead and it's in there.

Prise the black tray off the front of the bulkhead seam to release it from its lugs and also pull it to the side cos it slips under the next bit of tray.

*Tip* hoover out all the leaves BEFORE you remove the filter or they will drop down into the fan.

Be very careful to put the sheild back properly or you will get water in the cabin. It kind of pops over the lugs on the front of the bulkhead seam and also slides uner the next tray along near the wiper motor etc.
