I know its not 406 its 207 but you knowledgeable people have helped me in the past.
Daughters 207 1.6hdi blew all the oil out on a dual carriageway at 70 time she stopped the engine was fooooked.
Ive been donated a 207 1.9hdi written off but with a good engine, question is what electronically will I have to swap, ecu obviously but what else to do with the immobiliser, key innards etc. Any help appreciated.

You need to pair the BSI and ECU.
But other than that, everything should be straight forward.

I think the BSI handles the security so you'll need to swap transponders. Oh, and the dash or it'll do something mental.

I dunno really, there's so much that could be different it's probably safest to say "everything" and count anything less than that as a bonus.

207 1.9 HDi?

As far as my knowledge goes they only did a 1.4 and 1.6 HDI in the 207.

Jasper, I haven't seen it yet, it could possibly be a 206 or a 307, got to be worth a go as the 207 is mint condition on a 58 plate.
