A tell-tale of the TB failing is a jolty vibration when you stop the engine. rwb had the same issue - seem to fail after 10 years or so.

The air con issue seems to have coincided with the battery going flat and I had to jump start it.

It's been regassed just over a year ago and was blowing nice and cool until recently. Now the clutch does not engage at all but it will click on and off if I do an actuator test via PP2000. One thing I was hoping to do in PP2000 is find the gas pressure to see if that's why the clutch isn't engaging but I couldn't find it. Can that only be done with appropriate gizmos or is it buried in a menu somewhere?

If the gas did escape, am I legally allowed to replace the condenser/evaporator myself or will I need the garage to do it. Don't think I'll have a problem removing the bumper etc...

Anything else I can check?
That little lot doesn't sound too bad to me, I bet the condenser is leaking? again cheap enough to sort (or leave alone) I only ever use my a/c if it's mega hot and I'm travelling to meet people for work a meeting (remember those?). Other than that I don't really like sitting in a cooled box.

Lacquer peel's a bit of a bummer but you might get lucky to source a replacement wing in the same colour.

ABS fault is usually a wheel sensor? again cheap.

Doggy - I like the sound of Bro's 200bhp'er and would like to buy it for a laugh.....trouble is being a fussy git I'd be forever calling you up to help me* fix it.
