well after doing my clutch and driving it for about 150 miles i have noticed an oil leak, from one of the driveshaft seals i replaced, on closer inspection i noticed i fitted the seal the wrong way round
so who wants there car fixed?

Oh dear James, but understandable considering what a sh*t of a job it was
If that happened at a garage they would say nothing and then charge you again to fix the seal some other time saying it was nothing to do with the clutch
So when you gonna drop the drive shaft out then ?

had some problems with gearbox oil pissing out of my drivers side seal today during my sallye engine swap. Was a bit anoyed cos I pissed 2.5 litres of oil away on my drive.
A few wacks with my mk1 persuading tool soon sorted that out ;)

ill probably end up doing it this weekend as i cant leave it like that, it had to be the side which is a bugger too, the intermediate driveshaft bearing is held in with bolts with an offset head, and it takes an age to undo them and tighten them up
