Guys, can anyone shed some light on how to disconnect the breather pipe that fits at the right end (as you look from the front of the car) of the front cylinder of the V6 engine? My camshaft cover housing has a slight oil leak and this breather pipe must be disconnected to get the cover off
It's made of plastic, so I suspect would break with minimal provocation. It has an outer plastic collar where it connects to the camshaft cover housing. To disconnect it, I've tried turning the collar, gently squeezing it, very gently tried to ease it off - none of those is the right method - so I need some learned intel.
Please can anyone advise? Thank you
