I have a1996 1.9TD that has stopped and the engine will not turn. I changed the timing belt last year and about two months ago it stopped when it was ticking over in the yard. I don't use it, just keep it maintained. Today I took off the cam belt and the cam shaft and it still will not turn except for a few inches on the flywheel at the starter motor. Any ideas before I do more opening. Could it be a seized oil pump or is the head next thing to come off.
