Fitting Coupe Auto V6 into Manual 2.0 Turbo Estate..

Hi,
I'm working on an engine and gearbox swap into my estate. I have aquired a donor auto v6 coupe (early 1998 D8), (my manual estate is also early 1998 D8). I've removed the engine and box from the coupe (with the engine wiring), but unfortunately my estate does not have the automatic wiring in the loom (to be expected as it's a manual). It seems I have to take the engine bay wiring loom which goes through the bulkhead and into the dashboard and swap that over, I've found two large connectors next to the drivers door near the carpet which I assume is where the rear wiring harness attaches?)
Does the D8 coupe wiring harness for the dash/engine bay have wires for the rear door locks that terminate at the connector for the rear harness or does it not exist at all? (Basically is the dash/engine bay section of D8 harness the same across coupe and saloon/estate or is it completely different and I've made a terrible decision!?). And is it going to turn into a nightmare of swapping keys etc to get the immobiliser to work?
I'm competent with electrics but I can't find any wiring diagrams for the two cars so I have no idea what I'm looking for!
I'm currently working on removing the dash from the coupe and I'll soon see the extent of the wiring that needs to be swapped, but currently it looks like the coupe fuse box needs to go into the estate as the engine harness runs straight into it, and branches off into the dashboard and ignition key RFID ring.
Would really appreciate any help as I'd love to get this swap done in the next couple of days!
