Coolant for 1997 2.0 turbo petrol (XU10J2TE)

Hi all,
Looking for coolant alternatives to PROCOR 3000 (mentioned in the handbook) as I can't get it where I am. I believe it's an OAT-based coolant so I was going to go with Mannol AF12+ as it's free from silicates, nitrates, phosphates and amines so sounds like a safe bet. Any other suggestions? What's the capacity of the system?
