I've bought an older one of these in the past and used it on an Alfa 156, don't know if it works with Peugeot's (Certainly doesn't work with my new CAN bus):-

The company was very helpful and the software was pretty good, I managed to diagnose a Lambda sensor issue and replace it myself. (Engine fault light kept coming on)
