Problems

Hi guys i am really sorry for bringing up a difficult thread. Basically i have a few problems with my SRi Turbo love saying that lol.
1. I have a mount that is knocking which i do not know which one it is eg (everytime a brake or change gear it makes a deep noise but when i brake normaly and change gear it knocks
2. My diagnose light is on every time my car gets warm usually.
3. I have my ABS light on always but my brakes work fantastically well.
4. I am getting power loss i just cant see my revs going faster like what they usually went up 2.
5. My FSH Boost Valve i have it on 45Psi is that ok or not and i have a gauge on it do i need to remove it ?.
