INTERCOOLER ??? 2.1TD (R Reg)

hello peeps,
dose the 2.1 TD have a intercooler??

it just that since ive had my car repaird ( fans + rad + bumper + cross member replaced)
i cant help think, something dosnt look right, and feel right!

say a intercooler on ebay for a 2.1, and the man says they are standard, but he hasn't said if it was a diesel or petty, so unsure.

something looks like its missing, but then, like the power lose, is it all in my head??

anyone got any pictures, if the are fitted as standard.

and if so, would this reduce my performance if it wasnt replace.

the intercooler is located behind the bumper and just infront of the rad and a/c condensor so it is very difficult to see and yes if it was taken out and not replcaed you would lose hell of a lot of power , i know cos when i changed my rad i accidently pulled the intercooler pipe off and i was slow as f*ck

can i mistake the intercooler for anything, as i saw what car he took it out of, and it is'nt a turbo,
just going to take a look at mine, but could anouther rad have been put in thier or do the standerd 406's just have rad + fans + bumper

it defently feels as something it up, because befor it went to be repaird, it actually had some kick to it, now it just feels like my 2.0DI vectra @ 89bph ... Crap!!!

ok just had a look... is the intercooler sandwiched in between the rad and fans??

also their are black tubes running between the bumper and the fans that go from one side to the other, should these be straight? obviosly apart from the bend at each end, as one is pritty bent,
are these to do with the intercooler, and would these affect power??

the intercooler is inbetween the rad and the a/c condensor with a thick black pipe on both sides , iv circled them ( badly lol ) in these pics , hope they help

the pipe in the top pic on the right hand side runs under the engine , have a check to make sure it hasnt come off as mine did when i had the clutch done and then it felt like a non turbo untill i done it back up
