Question for james about spark plug gaps

Post by loz1971 »

James, whats the correct spark plug gap for my car (1996 2.0 16v)? Haynes says in it 9 but points out that is for champion spark plugs, but I have ngk v groove in my car. Is it still the same gap? and are these plugs the best ones?
cheers :cheesy:

off the top of my head im not sure of the gap, and i would say those plugs may cause a few issues, i stick to regular NGKs as in the past (in my experience) the V-groove ones have led to poor fuel economy and driveability issues
