In all honesty.... I'd build your own Hybrid.. that's what I've just done lol
You could go bigger turbo all over but you do want to keep it low lag, especially with the stock rev limiter no real use for bigger turbo unless this is lifted.. as for what to do, at a basic level I would recommend the following:
1) 360 degree bearing kit
2) Stagger gap oil seal
3) Dynamic Seal kit or Carbon seal kit if you want to run higher than say 18p.s.i
4) Garrett rebuild kit for wet float bearings and associated rebuild hardware

1) 60 Trim Compressor Wheel
2) 360 thrust bearing
3) Stagger gap oil seal
4) Garrett rebuild kit for wet float bearings and associated rebuild hardware
I've documented this process and will be including it in the KB once its finished for everyone else to use should they need to rebuild their own and save lots of money as well as learning something new
