I am doing an engine swap on a 2002 406 110hp hdi.. will there be a problem with the immobiliser switch ?

when you say swap, what do you mean, have you upgraded from a HDi 90? or just replacing a mullerd engine, the engine ecu is coded too the BSi, so unless you are upgrading or changing the ecu you will have no problems
