Help Guys please

Just bought a 406 exec
on a P plate but log book says first reg 2000
loverly car
one prob has a noisy cat
ok goto to kwik fit etc etc you say
been and tried its an import
engine is a XU10J4R
Pug part No. IS 1705S5 (and they quoting 551 inc VAT)
any ideas on a cheaper replacement
it has two sensors on it as well one on the cat and one after the cat
hope someone can help me please
hopefully with this done it will be a little bit more economical
