where can i get a 90bhp hdi flywheel??

Well my 406 hdi 90 is developing clutch judder after 40k when a new clutch was replaced, as this is the 3rd clutch in 120k miles due to judder i am asuming the problem is the fly wheel, but it seems they are a whopping £218 from peugeot and my local factors only list the 110bhp. Any ideas where i can get one from?
Aslo is it possible to have the old fly wheel skimmed??
