it'll look pretty?
In all seriousness, just keep the oil fresh - change it when you're supposed to, dont nail the car from cold and when you have finnished driving, let the car idle for a minute or two to prevent oil starvation.

The turbo has a large amount of oil pumped through it, hence the best way to 'clean' it is to have regular oil (and filter) changes. Regular air filter changes might help to stop debris entering the air-side, and never use a "performance" air filter!!!

Because they increase airflow at the cost of letting more crap through into the engine
