1-9 td bad noise

the other day my ancient battle scarred 405TD dropped a lump of frozen shite onto the cam belt,now the belt tensioner is playing tonsil tennis with the auxilary belt tensioner-any ideas of stopping this unholy racket/expensive rattle-the aux belt only clears the side wing by MM's
