406 hdi brake judder after near miss

Some t**t pulled out on me today when i was doing about 40 and only just missed hitting him in the side after stamping on my brakes and the abs going like f**k but now my brake make like a duh duh duh noise "sorry for the impersonation of noise" no actual feeling in the pedal just a noise any ideas people.

Same thing happened me last week in my hdi 90. Happened a few times in a short space of time. Its obviously a vital function for safety so I decided to bring it to main dealer who plugged her into diagnostics. Came up as normal. SPOOKY!! Hasn't happened since. To reset the ABS and the ECU. Plug out the battery for 10 mins.

One possible cause could be a flat spot on one of the tyres.

That *shouldn't* happen with ABS.

I thought that, but it could still happen (and if it is, it'll be the cheapest fix)
