I am on my second 406. The first was a petrol d8 and the petrol gauge used to fluctuate a bit on that but on this d9 406 HDI Diesel the gauge seems to be worse. It was showing 3/4 the other day and I called in to top it up and only put about 2 litres in and it came up the filler pipe! Any ideas anyone!

Could it be sticking? Mine sticks now and again, but filling over the point its stuck at frees it. Maybe yours is a bit more stuck.
