Four wheel alignment

Today i took my 2000 HDi for tracking as the rear tyres are wearing badly on the inside. They were so far out they did'nt register on the guage. Two new control arms were supposed to have been fitted by a main dealer a few months before i bought the car about 18000 miles ago but i have my doubts. The drivers side will not come into line with full adjustment but the camber is ok, hopefully a new control arm will sort this. The passenger side tracking adjusts ok but the camber is 3 degrees out and this is not adsjustable.
There is no sign of wear in any of the bushes and no sign of any accident damage. If anyone has any suggestions i would love to hear them.Many thanks.
