hi guys,

my hdi has been seeming a bit gutless as of late , seems as if the turbo is lagging like a t**t , so i was wondering if blanking off the EGR valve would improve responsiveness and power??

anyone?

I don't think you're meant to do that on an HDi.

any idea why??

Not sure but I don't think it's as easy as a TD. Had a search and it looks like engine fault codes, smoke, much hotter combustion, increased emissions. Or nothing
