406 rear brakes, Back Plate rottern, New Ones?

Hi I decided to replace the front and rear disks and shoes, the rear of the car has Disks with the handbrake shoes inside,
However Both rear Back Plates that the shoes mount to have rotten all the way round. By the looks of it I have to remove the rear Bearings and replace them, does anyone know the following questions.
Number one the Part Number for the rear backing plate
Number two how hard they are to Fit
number three How hard they are to get a hold of...
The car is a T 1999 Pug 406 HDI 2.0 Estate,
I need the car back on the road and the rear shoes are sitting badly so the disks are binding on the hand rake shoes.
It would be nice to be able to complete the disks before the end of the week, if its easier to remove some rear hubs from a scrap car then do say.
I can see 4 bolts holding the rear back onto the hub but there seems to be a pin rivit type thing also holding them on.
Any ideas would be apretiated. Cheers.
Peter
