SeviceBox Query

Been trying to work out which bitz fitz pug, but I can't make any sense of RPO No.s
Can anyone explain?
Are they supposed to make sense?

I never figured that one out either. I think if you stick your chassis number it there then they're not an isssue. I could be wrong of course...

I see what you mean. Thought I'd put chassis no. in, but tried it again and all the other options disappear.

Having read lots of references to ServiceBox I tried the link. Only seem to be able to get the handbooks section and then only for models from 01/2002. Can anyone advise a step by step guide to accessing other areas of the servicebox site?
