Missing on one cylinder when damp

Hi Everyone
As per subject the car is missing on one when the weather is damp.
I've changed the plugs and leads, all four old plugs had a good tan colour on the electrode, and I've stripped and cleaned the idle air valve.
It always clears up after about a minute of running and doesn't occur in dry conditions. Doesn't make any sense!
Any help appreciated!
