Some models have a little drain tap at the bottom left of the radiator. Don't forget to remove the expansion tank cap after undoing it else it'll take forever to drain

When you fill it up you should idle until the thermostat opens (about 85 degrees). You know when this happens because your top hose will suddenly get very hot and the coolant level drops right down. Top it back up, kill the engine then bleed it - at the very least you should bleed via the hose going through the passenger side of the bulkhead to the heater matrix. the bleed nipple should be easy to spot but be careful not to scald yourself.

Since certain parts of the coolant system are above the height of the expansion tank, you should either make a header tank from a pop bottle or do what I do and just park with the drivers side up a kerb, otherwise you'll end up with air locks
