What engine?
There are two o2 senors on my 1749cc petrol d9.
Only ever had one anti poluution fault on mine,It stalled while I was reversing out of my drive.I restarted it and it must have got abit too much petrol though.
It stunk of fuel (you could smell it as the fumes where blowing back towards my open window) and 100 yards up the road I got the fault pop up on the screen.Never since.

when there is loss of power, it isnt usually attributed to this error (coils, air flow meter etc) according to peugeot mechanics. I have been told that replacing all sorts of sensors including the water temperature, will/can clear this problem but Im happy enough to drive away.

My petrol 406 has it on/off all the time, with no loss of power and I just drive away.

Well done that man!

FWIW mine is now doing this on a more-or-less weekly basis :frown:
Goes into limp mode most times, next 3/4 trips it drives OK with MIL light & ANTI POLLUTION FAULT message on startup, then it just clears as I drive.

Like you, I'd love to have something to read the codes, but the general view is you need the dealer diagnostic setup which will set you back at least as much as the car.

(Dearly love to be proven wrong on the last point folks)!
